Welcome to our #strongerthanever team challenge! Due to the current Covid-19 situation with all the adversity we are facing, it is inevitable to stay motivated and fit and most importantly to stick together!
This 2-week-team challenge helps individuals and teams to tackle home office in a healthy way. Besides all the chances that every crisis brings, this team challenge gives you the opportunity to emerge from it stronger than ever not just mentally but physically!
These are the steps:
1. REGISTER YOUR TEAM
2. WORKOUT @ HOME
3. REPORT YOUR POINTS
TEAM WITH MOST POINTS WINS
This is what the team wins:
A FULL DAY WORKSHOP ON SPORTS AND NUTRITION FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE
(ONLINE OR IN YOUR OFFICE)
This is how it works in detail:
Register your team including names and email of your members until March 29th 2020
ONLY the team name (not the single member) will be published and only if you agree on that!
Definition of a team: a company (big or small), teams within a company, sport teams, etc.
All teams receive a 2-week-workout (same for every team) after registration
The workout is divided into 5 levels of fitness from 'very easy' to 'super advanced' (each level counts 10 points)
People from all levels of fitness can participate: from 'no sport at all' to 'highly ambitious triathlete'
The #strongerthanever team challenge starts @ Monday 30th 2020 12:00 am
The more levels each team member completes every day, the more points the team collects
Example: you can complete Level 1 twice = 20 points or you can complete the entire workout = 50 points
Every team member reports the collected points daily!
