Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies - super fast and easy recipe


After a long ride or tough strength workout you need protein. Endurance athletes need more than they would think at first.


It doesn't always have to be a shake, it can be some cookies filled with Alpenpower Protein.


It only takes you about 20 minutes all together to prepare them and even way less time to enjoy them ;-)


Let's get started:

  • Pre-Heat the oven - 220° C

  • Put in a large bowl: 2 eggs, 2 cups of Oatmeal, 1 cup of gluten-free Flour (such as Oat Flour) 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (I took walnuts), 2 spoons of BIO Protein Creme Cashew-Kokosnuss, 2 large spoons of Collagen Protein Natural, 1 pack of Vanilla Sugar, 1 pack of Backing Powder, a bit of salt and 2 full hands of chocolate chips (you can chop up dark chocolate which I prefer)

  • Stir the bowl and put tablespoon size portions on a baking sheet with enough space between the cookies and bake them for 10 minutes.
